Key Accountabilities

Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping (including no-work areas).

Assist with setting up the machine.

Make splices.

Use ERP system (Syteline) to record and make the proper transactions to consume materials.

Read and understand specifications and information listed on Job Operating Listing Report.

Identify acceptable and unacceptable quality via web inspection.

Assist in reducing waste.

Assist in improving machine efficiencies.

Handle raw materials in a way such that they are not damaged.

Disassemble and clean all support equipment (pumps, hoses, filter housings, etc.).

Assist on both the prime equipment machines as needed.

Show the ability to communicate (verbal, written and listening).

Check storage cabinets on your assigned machine and re-stock storage cabinets as needed.

Show willingness to perform any other duties that are assigned.

Attend Monthly safety training sessions.

Maintain a safe work area including following all safety practices on a daily basis (able to complete daily safety checklist).

Adhere to all company policies and follow company procedures

Ability to read and interpret written information

Work in a team environment

Job Requirements Required

High School Diploma or GED.

Previous manufacturing experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Forklift experience.

Microsoft office experience.

Work Schedule

This position will work the 2nd shift schedule. Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Total Compensation The hourly rate for these skills is $21.00 per hour, plus shift differential. This position is bonus eligible. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
