Position is a part‑time, 20‑hour role in the West Town branch, in the United States.
Work Shift: 1st shift. Language Fluency: English (Required).
Regular or Temporary: Regular.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with a smile, conducting complex and standard transactions while uncovering needs.
Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions including ATMs, online and mobile banking.
Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for offers, and identifying client needs.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients.
Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending training and web‑based learning.
Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of teller or cash handling/client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills required for branch automation.
Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel or overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of client relationship building or sales experience.
Knowledge of advanced branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention.
Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients.
General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
