$65 to $80 per hour based on experience

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated
Occupational Therapist
to work in a school-based setting. This role will involve working with students to enhance their daily living skills and improve their functionality within the school environment.
Responsibilities
Assess students’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students\' success.
Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
Monitor and report on student progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
Master\'s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
Experience working in school settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with educators and parents
Effective organizational and time management skills
