A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to support K-12 students in a school located approximately 20 minutes outside of Boston, MA. This contract role covers a maternity leave assignment starting around March 26 through June 12, with the possibility of Extended School Year (ESY) work if desired.

Responsibilities

Providing occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12 in a school setting

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Monitoring student progress and documenting outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines

Adapting therapy activities to meet the diverse needs of students

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials valid in Massachusetts

Prior experience working within school systems, particularly with K-12 populations

Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Ability to develop creative, student-centered therapy interventions
