L4 Data Center Technician - Phoenix, AZ
About the Role
As an
L4 Technician , you will play a critical role in supporting large-scale GPU deployments within an enterprise data center environment. This position requires 4+ years of dedicated data center experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities Perform network cable removal as part of data center decommissioning.
Run, label, and stage power and networking cables.
Execute DBD removal (no scanning required).
Follow established procedures for:
Preparing, installing, and performing diagnostics.
Troubleshooting and replacing hardware.
Decommissioning equipment under guidance from Data Center Technician Leads.
Stage, set up, and perform basic startups/shutdowns for hardware using written instructions and checklists.
Conduct physical audits of data center assets.
Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance errors.
Respond to program error messages and assist in debugging new programs.
Operate spreadsheets and other software tools to manage data and generate reports.
Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
3+ years of data center experience (Hyperscale experience is a plus).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
Familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training.
Industry certifications (A+, etc.) are a plus.
Experience in Hyperscale Data Centers highly desirable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
