Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN for a stepdown unit who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Experience with patient ratios of 1:4. Proficiency in Epic charting system. Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at the time of submission. Why ARMStaffing?
