Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Stepdown/Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in stepdown nursing and will be capable of handling a variety of patient needs, including respiratory issues, weakness, UTIs, AKI, and chest pain. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a stepdown/med surg setting. Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly. Administer medications and titrate intravenous drips as needed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Participate in patient education and communication with families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA). Previous stepdown nursing experience. Ability to titrate drips such as Heparin, Insulin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone. Must be able to read telemetry strips. Valid and unexpired driver's license. Why ARMStaffing?
