We are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and make‑readies as needed. Responsibilities
Complete work‑orders Perform routine preventive maintenance Install and fix appliances and other equipment as needed Perform minor touch‑up repairs/Sheetrock Repair/re‑place broken doors, trim, and blinds, and more Perform other related duties and activities as required Move heavy appliances up/down stairs EPA Certified (must be) Qualifications
MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish & English) Full knowledge of HVAC, basic plumbing, and electrical knowledge Proven experience as an assistant maintenance/make‑ready personnel or other similar position at another apartment complex Must be highly self‑motivated and have a positive attitude toward staff and tenants at the property Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment MUST have your own basic tools needed for the job throughout your employment Benefits
