Assistant Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled

\"Assistant Maintenance\"

to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and completing make-readies as needed.

Responsibilities:

Complete work-orders

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Be able to install and fix appliances and other equipment as needed

Performing minor touch up repairs/Sheetrock

Repair/replace broken doors, trim and blinds, and more

Perform other related duties and activities as required

Move heavy appliances up/down stairs

EPA Certified is a

must .

Qualifications:

MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish & English)

FULL knowledge on HVAC basic plumbing, and electrical knowledge.

Proven experience as an assistant maintenance/makeready personnel or other similar position at another apartment complex

Must be highly self-motivated and must have a positive attitude towards staff and tenants at the property

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

MUST have your own basic tools needed for the job throughout your employment
