As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset (varies by division)
Financial Package
Weekly Pay: $1,052.67 – $2,000.69 per week
Annual Pay: $54,704.00 – $104,000.00 per year
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.68 – $.72 per mile (depending on experience)
Full pay package also includes accessorial compensation (tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, etc.).
One‑time Transition Package: $1,800 (including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks).

Hiring Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
21 years of age or older
4+ months of driving experience
Safe driving record
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
Prefer 1‑year truck driving experience
Background check required
Clean drug test required
Clean clearinghouse result required
Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation); flatbed drivers typically load 70% of loads.
