Position Summary: The Night Shift Team Lead is responsible for leading and supporting production employees during 12-hour night shift operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance standards. This role serves as the on-floor leader, providing direction, coaching, and communication between production staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise production team members throughout the 12-hour night shift.
Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are met
Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate production goals and priorities
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies
Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and coordinate with Maintenance as needed
Complete required documentation including production reports, safety checks, and shift handoff notes.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
Act as the primary point of contact for night shift employees
Training: Train new hires and assist with cross‑training team members
Payrate: $20.00/hr
Work Schedule: 12‑Hour Rotating Schedule (typically 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, including weekends as scheduled)
