What We Need:
F.H. Furr is seeking a skilled and organized Dispatcher to play a pivotal role in ensuring our field technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, prioritizing calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
Prioritize service requests based on urgency and location
Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
Coordinate with the team to allocate resources for emergency calls
Monitor field technicians' progress and adjust schedules as needed
Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician activities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with scheduling software or dispatching systems (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and relay information
