Qualifications
1 year of working experience is desired
Able to use measurement equipment
Basic computer skills
Ability to walk 1/4 mile within 7 minutes, lift up to 38 lbs., sustain trunk flexion for up to 1.5 minutes and sustain unilateral grip of at least 26 lbs.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
Assemble products according to standard procedures, including custom NEMA configurations and SEM3 wiring setups.
Utilize SAP data management system, read and interpret documents associated with the completion of mechanical assembly assignments.
Perform assembly operations and use measuring instrumentation to ensure proper placement of components in the specified relationship to each other; bolt, screw or fasten parts using hand tools or powered tools.
Complete 100% inspection in area of responsibility to ensure wiring and all parts are in place and secured.
Test and adjust if necessary.
Prepare finished units for shipping (e.g., packing, sealing, labeling, etc.).
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Detect, report and document unusual conditions, defective material or specific problems related to quality, safety and delivery.
Apply teamwork, multi‑tasking, cross‑training and perform within production requirements.
Perform other work as directed by Supervisor.
