We are looking for Technical Trainers to join our Fabrication team on 3rd Shift. This position will be based at our Roebuck, SC Manufacturing site. Shift Hours:

10:00pm - 6:00am Hourly Rate:

$31.00 + $1.25 Shift differential You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of CNC machine operation or training others to operate CNC machines. Extensive knowledge in CNC controls and machines. Turrets, brake presses, lathes, mills, and laser cutting operations. Ability to read blueprints 2D/3D and apply shop math, digital literacy, and use of mechanical/measuring tools. Experience with metal & bar fabrication machinery & processes in a manufacturing environment. Capable of passing knowledge, skills development, and validation by demonstrating. Knowledge of DMM In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ability to complete a 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, lift weights up to 40 lbs, sustain kneeling & standing for up to 30 minutes and perform push & pull tasks with at least 87 lb force.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. In this role, you will:

Developing training materials and programs for all Fabrication roles including machine operation and maintenance. Conducting training sessions for Fabrication areas and machine operators on safety procedures, equipment operation, and troubleshooting. Evaluating trainees’ performance and providing feedback for improvement. Updating training materials to reflect changes in technology or processes. Collaborating with engineering, production, and Training teams to ensure training aligns with operational needs. Maintaining records of training activities and trainee progress. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in machine operation and training methodologies. Work in any of the Fabrication areas, as required. About Siemens:
