Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. (BHC) in Dunwoody, GA, is a provider of patient-focused, comprehensive mental health services. The Call Center Specialist performs administrative functions, assisting in patient care management by monitoring referrals and connecting them to relevant health care providers. Triage calls and facility referrals to appropriate outpatient services Insurance verification Data entry in multiple platforms such as SharePoint Coordinate and facilitate the transfer of patients with behavioral health needs Dispatch remote assessors and collaborate for next step patient care Benefits Highlights
