Call Center Specialist – Weekends Overnight – ATL Command Center Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. is a provider of patient‑focused, comprehensive mental health services. We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24/7, including holidays. Our service model focuses on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on assessment results we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. Our tele‑psychiatric assessment and consultation services connect people with the care best equipped to address their mental health issues. Rapid response means the patient will receive the appropriate level of care faster and expedite their journey to wellness.

We are seeking a dynamic and talented

Call Center Specialist

for full‑time weekend days (8 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Friday‑Saturday‑Sunday, 12‑hour shifts). The specialist performs administrative functions, assists in the processes for managing patient care, and monitors referrals and connections to relevant health‑care providers. Responsibilities include organizing, facilitating, and coordinating the timely evaluation with therapists and acceptance of patients referred for services, insurance verification, and data entry.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Triage calls and facilities referrals to appropriate outpatient services.

Insurance verification.

Data entry in multiple platforms such as SharePoint.

Coordinate and facilitate the transfer of patients with behavioral health needs.

Dispatch remote assessors and collaborate for next‑step patient care.

Requirements Qualifications:

Education required: High School diploma/GED. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Social Services.

Licensure and certification required: N/A.

Experience required: 1–3 years related work experience.
