General Summary This position is accountable for purchasing, sales and rental of equipment. Accountable for DMV processes to ensure the company maximizes equipment value and utilization as well as complies with all licensing requirements.

Essential Job Accountabilities

Assign all cars and pickups per company requirements and guidelines to maximize value for the location.

Process dealer invoices and prepare purchase orders to allow for timely payment.

Assist with the sales of used equipment to ensure Company’s best interests are met.

License vehicles to ensure compliance with all DMV requirements.

Maintain equipment master records and fixed asset acquisition system to ensure all necessary information is available.

Maintain vehicle titles to ensure all appropriate vehicle records are on file.

Provide support to Equipment and Construction operations to allow for timely and efficient administration of all equipment purchases, rentals, sales, and vehicle licensing.

Work with current and potential vendors to ensure a good working relationship and competitive pricing for the company.

Education

AA Degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

3+ years experience with purchasing and sales

3+ years experience with DMV processes preferred

3+ years administrative experience.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

JDE’s World and/or One World

Proficient with MS Office

Self-starter, ability to move forward without specific direction and work on own

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.

Base Salary Range $67,531.00 - $101,295.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
