Office Operations Administrator The Operations Administrator (OA) is responsible for ensuring that all administrative, scheduling, and clerical functions are performed in accordance with company guidelines. The OA coordinates leads, installations, customer services, management reports, accounting functions, and more. In locations with more than one OA, one may act as the “go‑to” person for administrative matters when the Regional Manager or Regional Operations Manager is out of the office.

Pay Range $22.00/hr – $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

Execute the “JUMP” program to keep customer communication active throughout the project.

Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions or problems.

Provide timely and frequent updates to customers on project progress.

Facilitate customer resolutions by coordinating with appropriate GDI personnel.

Maintain the Production Log.

Review new contracts for accuracy and completeness; book all contracts within one day of signing.

Handle ATCs and cancellations.

Perform accounting functions (A/R, A/P, monthly, quarterly, yearly, checking, financing paperwork, etc.).

Manage employee personnel and payroll information.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or related service-oriented industries. Strong problem‑solving skills, competency with technology, and proficiency in our IT systems are required; experience with Excel is a plus. Candidates should be well organized, able to think on their feet, proactive in managing customer interactions and expectations, and work within the organization to deliver win‑win solutions. Excellent business sense and judgment are essential.

Performance Expectations

Resolve customer issues within 24 hours or less.

Execute the JUMP program at 100% completion.

Achieve a communication score of 90% or better on the customer service survey.

Obtain online reviews for at least 10% of all installed jobs.
