Location: Durham, NC. Salary: $44,766.00 - $71,706.00.
Overview The Operations Administrator (OA) ensures all administrative, scheduling, and clerical functions are performed in accordance with company guidelines. They schedule and coordinate leads, installations, customer services, management reports, and accounting functions. In multi‑OA locations, one OA may serve as the “go‑to” point for administrative matters when the Regional Manager or Regional Operations Manager is out.
Responsibilities
Execute the “JUMP” program to maintain customer communication throughout the project.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling questions or problems.
Provide customers with timely, frequent updates on project progress.
Facilitate customer resolutions by coordinating appropriate GDI personnel.
Maintain the Production Log.
Review new contracts for accuracy and completeness; book contracts within 1 day of signing.
Handle ATCs and cancellations.
Perform accounting functions including A/R, A/P, monthly, quarterly, yearly, checking account, financing paperwork, etc.
Manage employee personnel and payroll information.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Applicant must have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or other applicable service‑related industries. Good problem‑solving skills are required, with proficiency in technology and the ability to use our IT systems; experience with Excel is a plus. Must be well organized, think on their feet, and proactive in managing customer interactions and expectations to provide win‑win solutions. The OA must have great business sense and judgment.
Performance Expectations
Customer resolutions within 24 hours or less.
100% execution of the JUMP program.
Net score of 90% or better on communication in the customer service survey.
Online reviews for 10% of all installed jobs.
