Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests
Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Scan haul‑away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed
What's Needed?
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent
1‑year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
