About the Role Move2STL is on a mission to attract top talent to St. Louis. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, tech-curious Program & Digital Engagement Coordinator to lead our digital presence, support program operations, and help guide prospective candidates through our relocation process. This role is a great opportunity to grow into broader program management.

What You'll Do

Digital & Social Media : Create content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more; design visuals in Canva; draft newsletters and track engagement.

Program Operations : Maintain accurate candidate records, resource guides, and shared drives; support workflows and process improvements.

Candidate Communication : Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and support outreach campaigns.

Data & Reporting : Track leads, engagement, and KPIs; compile monthly summaries for leadership.

Additional Support : Assist with presentations, events, and ideas to improve candidate experience and program visibility.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, social work, human services, or related field

OR

equivalent experience

Skilled in writing, social media, and digital communication

Proficient in Canva and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)

Comfortable learning new tools and AI‑assisted workflows

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

Collaborative, culturally competent, and professional in diverse environments
