About the Role We’re looking for a TikTok-obsessed, revenue-driven Social Commerce Manager to own and scale our TikTok Shop business end-to-end. This role is for someone who refreshes their FYP like it’s Bloomberg, understands what converts on TikTok right now, and knows how to turn trends, creators, and Live shopping into real revenue.
You will be the connective tissue between content, creators, affiliates, Live, paid amplification, and merchandising — with ownership of TikTok Shop performance.
What will be your responsibilities?
TikTok Shop growth & revenue:
Own GMV, conversion rate, AOV, affiliate contribution, and repeat purchase.
Creator & affiliate ecosystem:
Recruit, brief, manage, and scale a high-performing creator + affiliate network (UGC, whitelisted creators, and Live hosts).
TikTok Live shopping:
Build and optimize a Live commerce calendar (product drops, promos, launches, tentpole events).
Content strategy that converts:
Partner with internal creative + creators to launch high-volume, performance-driven TikTok content.
Merchandising & offer strategy:
Optimize PDPs, bundles, discounts, and Shop-specific offers to maximize conversion.
Paid + organic flywheel:
Identify winning organic content and scale it via Spark Ads / paid amplification.
Trend-to-commerce pipeline:
Spot trends early and translate them into Shop-ready content fast.
Cross-functional leadership:
Work closely with Growth, Creative, Influencer, Ops, and CX to ensure TikTok Shop success.
What are we looking for in you?
1-3+ years in
TikTok, social commerce, or creator-led DTC growth.
Hands‑on experience owning
TikTok Shop
(not just posting content)
Deep understanding of:
TikTok Live best practices
Affiliate attribution & incentives
Creator whitelisting & Spark Ads
Conversion-driven UGC formats
Proven ability to scale creators
from dozens → thousands
Extremely data‑driven but creatively fluent
Comfortable moving fast, testing constantly, and iterating in real time
Strong POV on what actually works on TikTok today
Bonus Points
Beauty, haircare, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience
Experience launching TikTok Shop from $0 → meaningful monthly GMV
Familiarity with TikTok Shop ops, fulfillment, and compliance
Has personally hosted or directed TikTok Lives
