Beverage Supervisor The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the beverage operation within the hotel. They ensure high‑quality service, manage inventory, train staff and uphold company standards. This role requires leadership, attention to detail and strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines and non alcohol drinks.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise daily beverage service to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain beverage quality, consistency and presentation according to company standards.
Oversee the preparation and service of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
Assist with staffing levels to ensure operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Identify any developmental needs of your team and coach, mentor, or otherwise help them improve their knowledge or skills.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations.
Monitor beverage stock levels and place orders as needed.
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records.
Handle guest problems and complaints while delivering excellent customer service.
Ensure corrective action is taken to continuously improve service results.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within the food & beverage industry.
Ability to encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Ability to approach difficult situations with a customer service focus.
Ability to supervise a diverse team and delegate tasks accordingly.
Must be able to pass a background check.
