Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in the north Atlanta area seeking an experienced
Recruiting Specialist
on a CONTRACT basis. This position will require in-office work, so only candidates in the metropolitan Atlanta area will be considered.
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume requisitions related to retail operation positions.
Handle recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt employees.
Prepare job postings and maintain pipeline of active resumes.
Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing, phone screens, scheduling interviews, and building a pipeline of candidates.
Handle reference checks and lead employee orientations.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to multi‑task in a high‑volume environment and quickly adapt to change.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
