Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort offers direct access to the beach and the nine‑mile Miami Beach walk. This property features 231 guest rooms, two ocean‑view outdoor pools, poolside cabanas, and a private beach.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in customer service and/or housekeeping and a passion to serve.

Shift Pattern:

variable, weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Range:

$17.30 per hour.

Responsibilities As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests. Specific duties include:

Clean restrooms, public areas, offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms.

Dust, polish furniture and fixtures; vacuum, mop, sweep; shampoo carpets; wash windows; clean/wax floors; remove and dispose of trash; empty ashtrays.

Greet guests in a friendly manner.

Report maintenance deficiencies.

Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed.

Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves).

Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
