Housekeeping Houseperson – The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton
We are seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson who delivers anticipatory, polished service and helps create unforgettable guest experiences.
Role Overview The Diplomat Beach Resort, located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, is crafting a new chapter in luxury hospitality. As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you will maintain public areas, respond to guest requests, and support the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service and profitability.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain designated public areas including restrooms, offices, banquet/meeting rooms and walkways.
Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, waxing floors, and trash removal.
Greet guests warmly and address any guest requests in a timely manner.
Report maintenance deficiencies and coordinate repairs.
Stock and manage supply rooms as required.
Execute deep‑cleaning and special projects such as mattress flipping or furniture moves.
Assist with guest room cleaning when needed.
Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of Houseperson, Housekeeping, or Customer Service experience. • Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus. • Demonstrated hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a strong sense of urgency.
Shift Pattern Full‑time availability with rotating shifts throughout the week, including weekends and holidays.
