We are seeking a LocumsMaternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to provide weekend call and clinicalcoverage in Richmond, Virginia. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatientclinic and inpatient consultative care in a high-acuity, collaborative practice setting.

Weekend Call:
Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
Clinic Hours:
8:00 AM – 4:15 PM
Practice Setting:
Outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage
Average Patient Volume:
Approximately 27 scheduled patients per day
Clinical Scope & Required Skill Sets
High-risk obstetric care, includingmanagement of:
Pre-eclampsia and hypertension
Multiple gestations
Fetal growth restriction
Preterm labor
Thrombophilia and genetic disorders
Chromosomal and congenital abnormalities
Maternal and fetal co-morbidities
Procedures include:
Amniocentesis
Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
Cerclage (preferred)
Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
Completion of an accredited MFM fellowship
Active Virginia medical license
BLS certification
AIUM certification preferred
