Logistics Coordinator

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Packaging products for safe and secure transport to the recipient

Organizing, loading, and unloading inventory in the warehouse

On-the-job training on building digital intercom matrix systems

Install software licenses and firmware on intercom panels, frames, and antennas

Assemble and organize equipment exhibits for broadcast and production trade shows and demos

Facilitate communication between sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy, efficient supply chain

Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy

Help facilitate communication between sales, distribution, and customers

Performing inventory counts

Liaise with clients to provide information, service and support related to the role

Liaise with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

Making special shipping arrangements as necessary

Ensuring that distribution and shipment deadlines are met

Following existing processes and procedures

Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Replying to vendors and customers’ requests in a timely manner

Keep up to date with product information

Follow all company policies and procedures

THAT'S YOU

Interest in, and aptitude to learn, audio engineering and/or video networking skills is a strong plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service focus

Attention to detail

Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality

Full proficiency in English, spoken and written

Experience in, or the ability to quickly learn, business enterprise software systems

Previous experience in a warehouse environment and/or shipping experience preferred

International shipping experience is a plus

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Technical and business aptitude is a plus

Basic administrative skills
