division rents out our audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a thrilling experience.

Operations Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
You lead and motivate an interdisciplinary team.
You plan and manage event logistics, schedules, and staffing to ensure seamless execution.
You approve and monitor project plans, budgets, and deliverables.
You maintain RIEDEL’s technical inventory and coordinate project readiness.
You review contracts, manage on-site communication, and provide bi-weekly progress reports.
You act as the primary liaison between local teams, management, and clients.
You identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
THAT'S YOU
5+ years of site, project, or operations management experience, ideally in live events, broadcasting, or AV production
Strong technical background in intercom, radio, audio, and IT systems
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
Proven leadership and people management skills
Hands‑on mindset and passion for end‑to‑end project execution
Experience in budgeting and resource management
Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Valid driver’s license
