Program Leader

Tot Lot , you work with
young children ages 2 to 5 . You lead simple games, crafts, and play activities. You help young campers
stay safe ,

throughout the day. You work with other staff, follow daily routines, and help

for early childhood play.

What You Will Do
Lead
simple games, crafts, and play activities for children ages 2 to 5.
Help
set up
and
clean up
activity spaces.
Supervise
children during play, snack, and rest times to keep them safe.
Support the daily schedule and
transitions
between activities.
Work with other staff to keep groups small and age appropriate.
Help maintain a
positive and calm space
for young children.
Assist with basic cleaning of play areas when needed.
Your work helps young campers
feel safe, cared for, and excited to come back
each day.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone

Able to stay alert and
keep children safe
during play and transitions.
18 or older.
Ready to
lead
