Centrus Global
Job Summary:
Are you ready to solve varied and complex challenges enabling safe and efficient operations in advanced nuclear technology? As the Director, Site Services, you'll lead a wide range of support organizations —overseeing fire safety, emergency management, environmental, waste handling, radiological protection, industrial hygiene, industrial safety, records management, procedures, training, and human performance. You’re the key to supporting operations—you’re ensuring seamless integration of support functions so the plant can safely and efficiently stay in production to fuel the future of nuclear energy. With the power to stop work when safety is on the line and the responsibility to oversee support functions at the facility, this role is about applying leadership and direction to remove barriers to production at the highest level.
What You Will Do? You’ll lead a variety of support organizations and functions by setting scope, schedules, and budgets and ensuring projects meet regulatory, technical, and safety standards. You’ll oversee key safety programs, including fire safety, emergency management, radiological protection, and industrial safety, and ensure strict compliance to environmental and waste handling programs. You’ll provide leadership in organizations with interfaces across the site, such as records management, procedures, training, and human performance, coordinate with plant leadership and vendors, and manage cross-functional alignment for support organizations. From reviewing plans and guiding staff development, you will be essential to ensure safe and compliant performance and operational excellence.
We’d Love To Hear From People With:

Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" Clearance
A Successful Candidate Brings:

Experience managing licensed facilities and coordinating with regulatory agencies like the NRC or DOE
Working knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations applicable to fire safety, radiation protection, industrial safety and related areas
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Currently holding an active Q-level security clearance
