Overview A prestigious international fashion brand is searching for an outstanding Sales Specialist to join their Palm Beach boutique through our client. This opportunity allows you to represent a world-class label with a celebrated heritage while providing curated experiences for an elite clientele. The right candidate will merge refined product expertise with client-centered sales approaches, acting as a brand ambassador for exceptional craftsmanship, creative direction, and timeless legacy.

Responsibilities

Handle point-of-sale operations with accuracy and discretion while following company protocols and systems

Contribute to collection unveilings, trunk shows, VIP appointments, and branded events throughout the fashion season

Cultivate deep expertise spanning accessories, ready-to-wear, seasonal offerings, and footwear collections

Coordinate inventory management, stock systems, and work alongside distribution and operations departments

Ensure boutique presentation excellence according to visual merchandising standards and brand aesthetic requirements

Convey the brand's history, material sourcing, artisanal methods, and design ethos to strengthen client engagement

Work alongside store teams and regional management to reach sales benchmarks and maintain a results-oriented environment

Generate sales results through masterful collection knowledge, consultative techniques, and adherence to brand initiatives

Offer personalized, remarkable service that reflects brand values and crafts unforgettable moments for distinguished customers

Required Qualifications

Refined personal presentation and polished demeanor aligned with luxury fashion expectations

Capability to regularly lift and transport up to 30 pounds

Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion retail, with preference for experience at internationally recognized brands

Availability to work retail hours encompassing weekends, holidays, and special events

Excellent organizational capabilities with focus on procedural accuracy and operational detail

Authorization to work legally in the United States

Established history of reaching and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail framework

Demonstrated skill in nurturing client relationships through CRM tools and brand protocols

Superior interpersonal and communication abilities with talent for relationship development while representing the brand

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of seasonal collection frameworks and fashion industry timing

Background in luxury multi-category retail encompassing footwear, ready-to-wear, or accessories

Bachelor's degree in a related field, Fashion, or Business

Experience with digital clienteling solutions and luxury retail management platforms

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually

Paid time off (PTO)
