Tire and Lube Technician

Educational Background High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Professional Experience Entry level position with no required experience Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)
Knowledge Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools
Additional Notes Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
Minimum tools needed for the job. 3/8” and ½” impact wrench
Sockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths.
Oil Filter wrenches and tools
TPMS tool - reset tire sensors
Combo wrenches
Screwdrivers
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
What You’ll Get The hourly rate is $23.50
Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours
Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
Profit Sharing: Eligible
