Senior Human Resources Business Partner

to join our team! This role serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies and programs with organizational goals. The Senior HRBP drives organizational effectiveness through talent planning, employee engagement, performance management, and change leadership. This position serves as both a thought partner and a hands‑on leader, playing a key role in workforce planning, strengthening culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. This HRBP will primarily help support our Information Technology department.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and advise leaders on talent development, succession planning, organizational design, and employee relations.

Support change management efforts for organizational transformations, restructures, and process improvements.

Lead workforce planning and strategic talent reviews to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.

Guide and support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews.

Analyze HR metrics and trends (e.g., turnover, engagement, hiring) to provide insights and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development) to deliver integrated HR support.

Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with demonstrated success partnering with leaders in a strategic HR role.

Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, organizational development, compensation, and compliance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical, business‑focused recommendations.

Proficiency with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience supporting organizational change or transformation initiatives.

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

IT knowledge/background or experience supporting an IT company.

SHRM‑SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
