Job Title: Senior Data Engineer IT (Supply Chain) Location: Eden Prairie, MN Job Type: Permanent Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our IT team focusing on Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures to support our supply chain management systems. This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering principles, supply chain processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to enhance data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support supply chain data needs.

Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize data architectures for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implement and manage data integration solutions between various supply chain systems and databases.

Ensure data quality and integrity across all supply chain data sources.

Develop and maintain documentation related to data engineering processes and architectures.

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to provide data insights and support strategic decision‑making.

Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and supply chain management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Data Engineer, preferably within supply chain or logistics environments.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with data integration tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Nifi, or similar.

Knowledge of supply chain management systems and processes.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
