We are working with an established international Am Law firm headquartered in Chicago that has an active need for a real estate finance lawyer to join its busy practice as a mid-level associate. This practice represents Fortune 500 companies, lenders, borrowers, tenants, owners, and investors in a range of real estate finance transactions involving an array of properties. Responsibilities
Represent clients in both private and public markets in a range of real estate finance matters
Represent lenders and investors in construction, permanent, and mezzanine loan matters
Assist with acquisition and disposition closings for retail, office, warehouse, and industrial spaces
Negotiate commercial leases (including office, retail, warehouse, and industrial)
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of real estate finance experience including acquisitions, dispositions, and closings
Experience representing investors and lenders in permanent, construction, and mezzanine loan transactions
Experience negotiating commercial leases (industrial, warehouse, retail, and office)
Excellent academic credentials
Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000 – $300,000.
