Real Estate Finance Associate

We are seeking a motivated attorney with at least three years of experience in real estate finance to join our Real Estate Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan origination, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, asset management, and workouts. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex transactions from start to finish, including secondary market repurchase facility work and exit strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead real estate finance transactions for lenders from inception through post-closing. Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security agreements, and workout documents. Provide legal counsel on mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and asset management. Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development. Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. At least three years of real estate finance experience in a large law firm.
