Job Description This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Service.
The estimated end date is 05/15/2025.
Open to an employee who may not want to work 40 hours a week.
Duties
Assisting with Undergraduate program delivery
Attending & supporting department events
Counseling undergraduate students and advising student organizations
Working with the Undergraduate Studies Committee Chair on any program needs, changes, edits, etc.
Making course edits/changes
Package sorting and notification
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements Required:
High School diploma or GED
AND:
12 months of office/clerical experience.
Preferred:
College Degree
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
General office skills such as phone, copying, faxing, filing, and handling mail
Able to lift 20lbs
Physical Working Conditions Ability to engage in repetitive motion and communicate effectively
Environmental Working Conditions Standard office environment.
