Ampersand Therapy, a women- and therapist-founded company, is hiring a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for an in-person, school-based OT position in Kent, Washington for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year!

Position Details
Location:
Spanaway, WA (in-person with a local public
school district )
Schedule:
Full-timehours, Monday–Friday, no weekends
Start Date:
ASAP
Caseload:
K-12; discussed more in interview
Services Provided:
Direct
occupational therapy
services for school-aged students
School-based evaluations, treatments, and
IEP
development
Participation in
IEP meetings
with families and special education teams
Documentation and progress reporting
Collaboration with teachers, staff, and district leadership
Requirements
Valid Washington
Occupational Therapist license
(or willingness to obtain)
ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous school-based experience preferred, especially working with
COTAs
and participating in
IEP teams
Pay & Benefits
Pay:
$55–$70/hour (W-2)
Hours:
37.5 hours/week
