Access Control Door Installer
to join our Nashville team.
In this role, you aren’t just running wires; you are the architect of physical security. You will integrate mechanical precision with high-tech electronic systems to protect the businesses that make Nashville thrive. What You’ll Do: The Art of Access
System Installation:
Set up and configure card readers, electrified locksets, electric strikes, and magnetic locks.
Technical Integration:
Handle the "brains" of the operation by performing cabling, wiring, and access control panel integration.
Blueprint Navigation:
Read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications to ensure complex systems function flawlessly.
Maintenance & Diagnostics:
Troubleshoot existing systems to identify and resolve security gaps or hardware failures.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all installations meet rigorous safety and security standards.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience:
1+ years of hands‑on experience in access control and door hardware installation.
Hardware Expertise:
Proven proficiency with electrified locksets, integrated hardware, and magnetic locks.
The "Plus" Factor:
Training or certifications with
Assa Abloy
or
Allegion
are highly preferred.
Technical Literacy:
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals with high attention to detail.
Problem‑Solving Skills:
A knack for diagnosing mechanical and electronic issues on the fly.
Schedule & Compensation We provide a structured, reliable work environment designed for long‑term career stability:
Standard Hours:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
Daily Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Overtime:
Optional overtime is available for those looking to increase their earnings.
