7 PM - 7 AM shift with a requirement of 3 weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) per month.
Job Description
The Mother/Baby unit comprises a team of dedicated professionals providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns. Our team is committed to creating a nurturing environment that supports family-centered care. The unit has 27 beds and is staffed with a night shift team consisting of 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), 5-7 Registered Nurses (RNs), and 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT). Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and manage care for mothers and newborns. Perform routine procedures such as circumcisions. Ensure effective communication within the multidisciplinary team. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Candidates must possess the following: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Current BLS and NRP certifications. Previous Mother/Baby experience is required. Gyn experience is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
