Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Unit. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding experience with a focus on maternal and neonatal care. The ideal candidate will provide care while maintaining a patient ratio of 1:6, with a commitment to providing excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care for neonates, infants, and adults. Visit patients diagnosed with NSD, C-section, chorio, chronic hypertension, and diabetes. Utilize equipment such as Sara Steady, Bedside Scale, Bladder Scanner, Bilimeter, and Breast Pump. Float within scope to meet facility needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant setting. Active NJ or Compact nursing license required at time of submission. Certifications: BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Why ARMStaffing?
