Full-time,6:00 AM–2:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Maintain rigorous documentation and infection control standards

Collaborate across teams and respond calmly in emergencies

Uphold dignity and foster a positive environment for all residents

What You'll Need:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Illinois license (required)

1-2 years of experience in long-term care preferred

Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) considered if licensed within 45 days of hire

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
