What Our HVAC Technicians Do Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems and complete assigned preventative maintenance.
What We Offer Competitive Compensation
With our tools, resources and training, our technicians are able to make over $48 per hour.
We offer a very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards you for your hard work and customer service. Our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year.
Top candidates could be eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
2 weeks Paid Time Off for all new hires.
Consistency
Full‑time, year‑round work.
Flexible scheduling: multiple shift opportunities, flexible days of the week, 4‑10s available.
