Responsibilities
Travel to client homes to resolve HVAC issues.
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Relevant licenses and certifications.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate up to $48+ with bonuses and incentives.
Competitive base salary; top technicians earn over $100,000/year.
Potential sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
Paid time off (2 weeks for new hires).
