Building Maintenance Aide – Full Time Position
The Town of Bow, NH is looking for qualified applicants for the full‑time position of Building Maintenance Aide in the Facilities Department. Responsibilities will include safe and efficient repair and maintenance of municipal buildings and equipment, as well as custodial services such as painting, light carpentry, grounds maintenance and snow removal. Other duties may be performed as needed.
Requirements: high school diploma or GED; three or more years of driving experience. Pay range: $18.78 per hour to $22.87 per hour. Benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement plan, life and disability insurance, and vacation and sick leave. Finalists must complete a criminal background check and provide a current copy of their Motor Vehicle History. A pre‑employment physical and substance testing are also required.
