Senior Family Law Paralegal
– Gravis Law, PLLC (Tacoma, WA)

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform legal assignments with a high degree of independence.
Manage attorney dockets to ensure all deadlines are met.
Review files and confer with attorneys on file status and upcoming deadlines.
Assist attorneys with case planning, client meetings, depositions, mediations, trials, and other litigation preparation.
Draft, file, and e‑file briefs, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.
Maintain client files—both electronic and physical.
Communicate regularly with clients.
Conduct legal research and drafting.
Deliver top‑notch legal products and superior client service.
Contribute to SOP, form, and workflow process improvements.
Lead, train, and mentor internal office staff and other admin staff.
Cover the front desk and phones as needed.
Maintain a respected reputation among clients, opposing counsel, judges, court staff, and colleagues.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
Paralegal certificate.
Five (5) or more years of paralegal experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and complete assignments within established parameters.
Equitable substitutions for equivalent combinations of experience and training.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
Positive, professional demeanor with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits Wage:
$28.00 – $32.00 per hour
