* Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.* One year of relevant experience in coordination, event planning, education, simulation, healthcare, or teaching associate program* Bachelor’s Degree* Three years related experience in simulation, healthcare, or education* Excellent communication skills both oral and written* Ability to work independently as well as within teams* Ability to effectively and comfortably interact with a faculty, staff, students, and the community.
