Customer Service & Accounts Coordinator
Location: Euclid, OH
Shift: 1st shift Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Starting Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Job Summary The Customer Service & Accounts Coordinator supports customer satisfaction, order processing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities. This role works closely with customers, sales, warehouse, and management teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely billing, and effective account follow-up in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation daily.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, invoices, deliveries, and account status.
Coordinate with sales representatives to support customer relationships and resolve issues.
Monitor and age accounts receivable in PLEX; follow up on overdue accounts and credit limits.
Record collection activities and apply account adjustments as needed.
Communicate customer credit status with Sales, Plant, and Shipping teams.
Coordinate timely shipment of orders and manage returns or corrective actions.
Maintain organized records and complete special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Basic math and data entry proficiency.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency; ERP experience (PLEX preferred).
Reliable attendance and professionalism.
