Production Worker/Job Coach (Arvin - 2nd Shift)

If you're looking for meaningful work that changes lives, this is your chance. We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Production Worker OR Job Coach to work alongside our clients at a well-known warehouse in Arvin.
Schedule Monday - Friday from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
What You'll Be Doing
Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and work areas according to safety and hygiene standards.
Perform routine waste removal and recycling duties.
Providing hands‑on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence.
Monitoring productivity to ensure team goals are met.
Identifying each client’s strengths and growth areas, and providing one‑on‑one training when needed.
Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers.
Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners.
What We're Looking For
Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact.
Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred.
Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required.
Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
